"Cris was amazing to work with. This property was my wife and I's first home, a condo, that we outgrew and had been renting out due to being upside down on the mortgage. We engaged with Cris a few months before to get an idea of what our options were and with her input we decided to wait. Cris was extremely understanding and offered to follow up with us if things changed. A few months later, our tenant decided to move out. We called Cris and explained the situation and she talked us through all the options and we decided to sell the unit. She was all over it and took care of everything truly a "full-service" agent. She picked up the keys, had the unit cleaned and prepped it for a showing. She timed the listing to maximize exposure and within two days of the listing, we had three offers at or above list price. She met with us and explained all our options and handled all the negotiations. The hardest part was waiting for the settlement date, but she was there every step of the way giving us updates and talking us through the entire process. It was amazing since it was the first property we ever sold. So amazing that we worked with Cris to help us find our new home just a few months later. We routinely recommend her to anyone who asks or mentions wanting to buy or sell a property."

Cris worked very hard for us during the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. The purchase was fairly straightforward, but in a short time frame, as I was leaving the country six days after offering a contract. It worked out and the deal was done in record time. Closing a home purchase in six days is not common and I believe it would not have happened without Cris's support. Now the sale of our old home was not as easy but was completed in spite of a less-than-reasonable buyer. Cris and I had some very animated discussions regarding the demands of the seller, and now they seem pretty funny, but at the time I was pretty hot. Cris did a great job of representing our position and in the end, the sale went through."
