Get to Know Me

Maricris Flores and goes by Cris, shares a passion of helping others. Previously attended Marymount University and served in the medical industry for 17 years by holding several management positions within the field. Former, PTA President of Laurel Hill Elementary. Currently, President and Associate Broker of MBF Properties with Pearson Smith Realty, with over 7 years of real estate expertise and completing over $40 Million in transactions. She is instrumental in developing the company’s business, client strategies, and building lifetime profitable relationships and services that make it faster and easier to sell, buy, and invest in homes.
 
Alexandria native and now resides in Lorton. That's why she specializes in northern VA. It's what I know best. Whether you are trying to buy, sell or rent she can help you find your next home.
 
Her favorite saying is from Zig Ziglar; "F-E-A-R has 2 meanings: Forget everything and run or face everything and rise. The choice is yours." Sometimes it's scary to buy your first home or sell your home and buy a new one, but she believes that facing your fears and getting the help of a good REALTOR, can make you a stronger person within yourself and on the outside.
